Shipping Restrictions for Hemp-Derived THC Products
Due to state laws, we do not ship any products containing Delta-8 THC or hemp-derived Delta-9 THC to the following U.S. states:
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington
Although our Delta-8 and Delta-9 products are federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill (≤0.3% THC by dry weight), these states have laws that prohibit or restrict the sale, possession, or shipment of these cannabinoids regardless of federal classification.
